We’re excited to kick off Promotion Month starting Sunday, August 2, at both of our Opendoor campuses! This is when your child will move into their new classroom based on their age as of August 31, 2025. We promote kids just once a year in August so they can grow together, build lasting friendships, and learn in a way that fits their stage of development.

We See You, Parents of Little Ones | We know change can be tough, especially for our littlest ones. Moving to a new classroom with new teachers can feel overwhelming. Please know we’re here to support both you and your child during this transition. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Welcome to Opendoor Youth, New 6th Graders | To our new 6th graders, it has been a joy to grow with you in Opendoor Kids! It’s time for your next step: Opendoor Youth with Pastor Mike Adkins and Rachael Wynne. Youth starts back the first week of September, for the fall semester. Common Questions

What if my child has a birthday right after the cutoff?

They’ll remain in their current class until the next August. Many others will be in the same situation, and we want them to move up with their peers.

Where does my 6th grader go now?

They now join Opendoor Youth! Visit our website for all the details.

Will my Elementary-aged child get a snack like they did in Littles?

No, we do not provide snacks in the Elementary classrooms.

What happens now that my child just started Kindergarten?

They’ll stay in the 5’s & Kinder class and move to Elementary after completing Kindergarten.
